Picked up a used extractor pretty cheap over the weekend so now I'm looking at some of the festool sanders. Specifically the RO 90. Can't get over the cost, but tried one at the local hardware shop and it was awesome. Pretty damn costly but anyone here have any?

Yep...RO125FEQ. Use it for wood, metal and paint. Have lots of Festool gear...no regrets with any of it. Yes it costs more...but it does more :)

I wish I could afford that stuff. I'd especially love to have one of those extractors, get rid of my noisy POS ShopVac.

I really like my Festool CT-33. Having said that for larger particle vacuuming, like floor clean up duties, I always use my Craftsman for its larger diameter hose and power. But the CT-33 is relatively quiet and super when attached to the Festool cutting tools...

Don't have any choices. Some recent changes in my health dictate this route and a central dust collector. Local deal on the extractor was too good to walk away from.

They are awesome, the shop I used to work in had festool stuff. I would never consider it for personal use, but nothing else keeps the dust down as well.
