I am 2nd owner of this fine unit. I have thoroughly enjoyed my trouble free time with her. 222,000 miles and oil is clean and clear even at end of oil change. I swapped out the chrome factory wheels for 2021 Tundra wheels. I have the caps just preferred the rugged look. Michelin tires have plenty of tread. Seats are very good shape and original radio in working order with ML amp but speakers have been upgraded throughout. Factory sub has been bypassed to a aftermarket all in one mini sub. Sounds great.
Mechanically fairly sound, muffler was replaced recently. Will probably need brakes within next 10k. I blacked out much of the chrome with plastidip so it can easily be undone.
Added a K&N trying to improve fuel mileage. The bigger wheels seem to help although speedo is off.
Timing belt done at Lexus dealer. Info provided. Belts and pulleys were all replaced in the process including water pump and pretty much anything else while they were in there. As typical it has a exhaust tick at startup but not noticeable once st temp. Definitely driver side. My mechanic didn’t want to do it, said only gasket no cracks in manifold. Passenger side is good.
Otherwise a great driving vehicle for a 2022 or a 2004. Lighter wheels have greatly improved driving dynamics imho.
Aftermarket sub included at full price as well as original wheels chrome in good shape with hakep. Snow tires. I can deliver to Chicago or can arrange shipment. 810.772.6827 would be preferable
