I’ve look at several threads regarding the flare removal. I am working my way through that process and so far so good. Wondering if anyone has a technique to remove the yellow female part of plug from the body of the car? As well as removing the male white portion from the yellow plug? Without damaging the body. Thanks for any advice.

Drill it out is prob the easiest.
Mine pretty much fell apart when I had to redo them after side swiping a tree.

They are all push pins with tabs on them. The proper way to remove them is from the back side - that is, the side opposite the side they went into the fender from. You use a small screwdriver to push the tab into the body of the insert, then push the insert back through the hole, opposite of the way it went in.

Believe it or not, the easiest way to remove them is to remove the outer fender. I've done it every way you can, many times, and this is the way. It's also much easier to install them with the fender off the body.
