Just got in a bump up, and need to replace the front bumper. A driver trying to come into my lane got about half way, and then swerved only to reveal two completely stopped vehicles 40 ft away...the cruiser does not stop as quickly as my previous vehicle:doh:, but needless to say, I need a new bumper. I have a $500 deductible, so I'm think it would be best to go ahead and go with an ARB, but I do like slee's new bumper. But just thought I'd ask for everyone's opinion.

I would like something I could powdercoat white to match the LC, and something with brush protection. The plan is to mount a MM 12000 hydraulic winch eventually, so would that even fit on an ARB? I already searched for replacement, but I couldn't find if powdercoating or painting was better for an ARB, and I couldn't find if a mile marker would fit,

Also I hit a small honda going about 10 - 15 mph and it pushed my bumper into the frame, and her only damage was a spot where the frame rail punched a hole in her bumper. Is there any chance I have any frame damage? Just don't want to get a bumper and then find out it won't go on because the frame rails are bent.

Slee's new front bumper rocks but is not available yet.
ARB is always a safe purchase.
Now about this powder coating white thing? what
A white front bumper are you silly. Think about how that would look with a 1000 dead bugs splattered all across the front.
Now silver or hammer coat I can understand. I have seen them and they are nice. I will be building my own very soon. Still need to finish the sliders and rear bumper.
