SoCal, look up Balch Park in Tulare Co. just north of Springville. 3 ponds (use the upper 2) and check out the fish stocking program with F&G Service. Very low traffic, go in the middle of the week, power bait, and logging roads around the upper pond to cruze on.

I just checked out Moro Rock on google map, looks awesome, do you guys climb the steps to the peak?
