Fast Idle on Cool Start

When I start my engine in the morning it revs to 1900rpm before it slowly comes down to a normal idle over about ten seconds. It does this even when the temperature is not very cold, like about fifty degrees in my garage. Is this normal?

I just bought the car two months ago. If it's normal, then I can live with it, but if not I need to get it fixed before the warranty expires.

Mine does that too and I believe it's normal. My brother's Tundra acts the same.

First week I moved away from the coast to a cooler climate I experienced the same thing. Worried me at first too, but my buds let me know it was completely normal.
