Sounds good to me but unfortunately can't make it next weekend but seriously will consider Halloween weekend...

Hey Phil, some friends invited us down the 7th-11th. This will be our first trip down to RP, so I'm pretty excited to look around. I know you go down a lot, any tips for local places to go or avoid?

Daily trips to the fish market for the "what's for dinner" list, mmmmm.

Wish we could meet you at Why:frown:..

I would like to have you come down, you like to cook and it always looks good. For us its a vacation not much cooking going on.

I dont normally get excited about eating when Im down there. I have been known some days never to leave the beach and just eat from the vendors working the beach, breakfast, lunch, and dinner:D Burritos, tamales, tacos, ceviche, shrimp cocktails, and . But I also know of a very nice Italian place - yes Italian food and good in Mexico:hillbilly: Its ALL ;)there if you know where to go.

One of my favorites was waking up before sunrise, waiting for it with a cup of coffee, and the nice lady with all those freshly made breakfast burritos. I had breakfast ready when everyone woke up.
Those pre-dawn hours are the best!
Funny story about a couple of sacs of crab we bought at the market, one of the group wanted to have a formal dinner. She was quite upset that they went straight from the pot to our mouths..:D

Sounds like fun, look forward to tagging along in the future.

As long as you chowed them with your pinky finger extended, no harm no foul :hillbilly::lol:

Let me see if I can get a pop-up trailer rented for that time. Im seeing online, that my 3 year old doesnt need anything besides a birth certificate. True? Do I need to reserve a RV spot for hook-ups? Anything else?

I can give you an insurance contact to handle via fax

edit- US and Canadian citizens aged 16 and over who are entering the United States from Mexico, Canada or the Caribbean by land or sea are required to show a passport or alternative WHTI-compliant document such as a passport card. Children up to the age of 15 may present proof of citizenship alone, such as a birth certificate, a consular report of birth abroad, a naturalization certificate, or a Canadian citizenship card.

I know that area well. Always a blast but not what it used to be. Last time I was down there (about 2 years ago) they had started putting up fences everywhere. Used to be free roaming down there.
