Fair price for 2001 LX 470

So I have posted a few times on some LC and LX truck trying to get advice on price. Usually they get gone before I can secure them. I think I am getting a good handle on the values but would like some opinions on this particular truck. It is a 2001 southern Lx with 56000 miles. Mark Levison upgrade no nav decent service records and no timing belt service. Looks extremely clean and one owner. Dealer wanted $18900 and I have offered $18000 with them agreeing to do the timing belt service, detail and full tank of gas. To me, after looking for several months, this seems to be not a great deal but a fair deal. Truck is several hours and will be inspected by third party before I buy. So what do you guys think. I think that is a fair price. Really good price if it's one of those pristine finds.
