REAL TIME HELP. Failing alternator=no headlights

So I just put in a new alt and thought it would fix my problem of my headlights not working. NOPE! Stereo powers on fine now, which was turning off intermitently and cutting out before the new alt, but headlights are still not working at all. BTW...I checked for blown fuses inside and under the hood. What other sort of problem could the low voltage have caused that would make this problem? I only thing I could not check is the relay for the headlights in the fuse box under the hood. IIRC I really don't know how to check if it is still working properly. ha! :whoops: Any ideas fellas?? Thanks for the help!

oh and coincidently my Hella's stopped working a few months ago before this. Totaly seperate issue because of the wiring, but this ish needs HELP!! I can't drive anywhere after 8pm! All other lights are working fine except the HEAD!

Hope I'm not being insulting, but did you check the bulbs themselves? An alt. can pop them as it's failing.
