Factory Lockers question

Hello, I'm brand new to this forum and have a question about lockers on a 94 landcruiser we are looking at buying. How do I know if it has front and rear lockers and where is the switch or button to activate them. I asked the lady that is selling it to look on the left side of steering column next to the mirror adjustment switch and she said there was nothing there, but there was a push button near the radio in the center of the dash that the manual said was a "center locker," whatever that means. Any help would be great.
