hope no one here has been affected. my thoughts are with all you folks up north:eek:

X2 w/ Uncle Ben. Post up if you need some help.

The family and I are ok and we live on the SE side of FtC about 7 miles from Windsor. Looks like lots of people were affected. They are asking everyone to stay away from Windsor unless you live there and have a place to go, so I have only seen what has been on TV as far as damage. Looks like Laramie got hit pretty hard also. We were, for the most part, pretty fortunate here in Fort Collins. Well, here comes some more thunder and heavy rain....

Good luck and the offer is always in place!

The tornadoes here in Laramie missed my house by 5-6 blocks one way and one block the other way. We suffered no damage other than a lot of stress for our kids. They were all locked in their schools until the warnings were lifted.

WOW! What a wild day, I work at the Brewery and the storm passed right by us. Our house is in Windsor so I was freakin out trying to call home to make sure everyone was OK, the phones and power were down so it was a long hour waiting to hear that our house with my Wife and child in it was not affected. We had the entire brewery personnel in the middle of the plant waiting the storm out, there was even some tourists scrunched in the hallway with us as they got stuck here while on a plant tour, I bet they will remember that for a while. Some of the people I work with have major damage, I have never seen anything like this in Colorado. The storm brought massive hail with it and it ransacked the Brewery parking lot, the Land Cruiser took it better than most of the vehicles but still has some dents, not that you can tell with the other dents and scratches.

Glad everyone is good on not much got damaged. One of our friends house is a total loss :frown: but other than that, just vehicles damages to other friends.

The methane bubble ALWAYS saves the day in greeley.

Good to hear from you Sam! Glad you and your family are alright. There was not as much news coverage for Laramie, but I was watching Composite Reflectivity on a time lapse loop and it appeared the storms got pretty large along 287 on the way to Laramie.

It is good to hear from all of you. I come from the Midwest where F3's come along every one in a while. I know the damage and loss they can inflict. We lost several Farm buildings in 1996 that took years to clean up in the fields. It is too bad there was a loss of homes as well as someone's life with this storm.
