F motor + 5 speeds

If i put my truck in a shop to get a 5 speeds on stock F motor, how much should i have to cover everythings? or i just go for 4 speeds on F motor which i guessed will be a lot cheaper...
my 69 LC 3 on a tree just for a street use by the way

Where are you at in Thailand? When I visited last year (Bangkok and Chang Mai) I did not see any old Land Cruisers, just a few of the newer 100 Series wagons.

Regarding your "F" engine and transmission conversion, the H41 or H42 Toyota 4 speed transmission would be the easiest and least expensive choice.

You could do the conversion to the Toyota H55F 5 speed transmission but it will be much more difficult and expensive.
