So the mail carrier came on Saturday, without the box, saying she didn’t think I would be in, which I’m usually not. Then on Monday she shows up without it and says it’s too heavy, and a supervisor is going to deliver it. No box.

Tuesday morning I get to the shop and it’s a case of ding-dong ditch: box left outside the gate by someone wishing to avoid confrontation. This is what I found:

Per your inquiry, rebuilt 73/74 carb, return line delete, ported for vacuum advance. Resto quality, was in a box in my warehouse from 1994 until last year, when I finally pulled it out and rebuilt it. It’s even shinier than the pictures show.
