Ok so I guess I will start with our Expo Trailer build since everyone has seen plenty of FJ40s and 60s.
So the trailer is a old UMC Trailer that our customer picked up in great shape, in Utah none the less and he drove his 40 from Atl to pick it up. Either way the long term plan is to have the tent and a full kitchen when it is finished.
We recessed a HUGE battery in the floor of the trailer, which gets charged by the truck when the trailer is plugged in, to power the tent lift, sink pump and other necessities such as disco balls and blenders. The AC inverter is located on the under side of the tent frame which gives easy access to it when everything is opened.
When it is closed (which I apparently have no pictures of) the whole tent and frame fold down and rest on the top edge of the trailer for towing and storage.
