I have the same problem, mainly when I am turning sharply to the passenger side. Never really thought too much about it till you posted. Let me know what you come up with.

I'd move the exhaust long before considering wheel spacers. Looks like you may only need 20mm of movement inboard.

i agree with exhaust move,if i get spacers i will have to flare my gaurds cause of aussie law....more $$,
thinkng of just moving the exhaust in 1inch into the rear bracket/hoping it doest hit anything else

i moved the exhaust in about an inch,i think its stopped rubbing with the tyre, but now getting a lot of weird squeekingish sounds,it mite be too close to my rear left shock, hmmmm

i guess i have a couple of choices,
move exhaust totally or spacers,or get over it
:meh:

two bolts

There are two 10mm bolts holding that pipe on the rear hanger....and a smart little factory rubber pad sandwiched between em. I broke the rubber pad free with a steady pressure pushing it inwards twords the frame. Then used the top plate and made a new rubber pad twice as thick (universal rubber exhaust hanger strap cut down), used (1) longer 10mm bolt with two bigger washers and slid the bracket inward or over twords the frame one hole. Presto no rubbing from my bigger tires.
