I need a new muffler, at the minimum, on the 3FE'd FJ60. The original is full of holes. A whole new system would be nice if not too costly. What's the recommendation for a shop in the Auburn area?

I don't know of one anymore... that one across from CTU is it actually.... I think.

Call Jimmy over at Columbus Custum Exhaust. He's a friend of ours.

I had some white trash over on 1st ave. in opelika weld mine up. They are less white trashy than across from CTU

Jim, I think glass packs would sound good on the 60.

It's for the 3FE so you can bet it'll scream.

What's CTU?

Long time ago had some exhaust work done on a Honda at some shop along the parkway. Two guys working on the car, except one kept hitting the other guy on the back of the leg with a torch. Maybe that matches the white trash place on 1st Ave in Opelika.

custom trucks unlimited on opelika road. right before opelika walmart on the left.

Do you ever got to Columbus? Cause Jimmy is your best bet over there.

Childs Exhaust in Montgomery on the Atlanta highway

Ask for Bruce or Brad

Triple "G" Mufflers across from CTU is where i got my muffler slapped on and i mount re-welded, he charged me 60 bucks and did a good job.

That's the place I was thinking.

Welcome btw!

Holler if you ever want help on that 3FE!

I might have to take you up on that one day, glad to know im not the only one that likes to drive land bruisers in the plains!

Oh and glasspacks sound awesome, everyday they get better too

Heck no! We got a cruiser club in town! kinda yota more than crusier nowadays...

One of my cats is bad and has a crack at the rear seal, I constantly re glue the crack which makes the exhaust sound better but the cat sound like a papery rattle. When its not glued the exhaust sounds weak and the crack blows air which you can hear when you accelerate.

Should i just delete the cats altogether? or just replace them?

If it's staying in Alabama, delete them. But you may need them if in GA
