Whenever the car is running those replacement exhaust pipes shake and the car is extremely loud. Other than replacing the whole exhaust system is there anything I can do to make this quieter or fix the problem altogether?

Yeah 100% agree on that.yeah I doubt they chose to cut out the cats. They were likely stolen and this was a quick fix done poorly.
Doesn't sound like a bad idea. Thanks for the advice!Cut those out, find some aftermarket cats, and have those and your choice of muffler welded in by a competent shop. I have a Flowmaster 40 series and I like it. Not too loud or droning.
Lordy, I've never welded a day in my life and I bet I could do a better job than that
That was my first thought too. Definitely not weldsIs that JB weld ? ?
Yeah they "welded" it together and after that put JB weld over it.Is that JB weld ? ? damn tweakers. Can’t even park outside all night in a big city.
