Like the title says, every time I make a left, my horn goes off. I've disconnect the relay for the time being, but really need to trouble-shoot the cause.

Anyone have any ideas? I've done a search, although, most threads are "horns not working" threads. Mine works just fine, in fact, it works too much. Even if I ever-so-slightly touch the airbag portion of the wheel, it goes off.

Thanks in advance, Mud.

I would suspect some kind of short in, or around the "clockspring".

On the other hand, 3 rights do make a left :)

That's the doo-hicky that turns inside the steering wheel? Does that require airbag removal?

Yes, it may not be the "clockspring" itself, but I'd start digging around in steering wheel area, since you say it happens only on left turns.

This thread is about a different horn symptom, but shows the disassembly process:
Horn issues
