anybody ever use it? looks pretty awesome if it actually works. i'm guessing some easterners/midwesterners might've tried it since all the distributers are that way of the continent.
 
I bought a 5 gal pail of evaporust and used it to clean the bottoms of fj40 doors, it worked very well but you have to be patient! It took 3 weeks of soaking but it ate all the rust out. Although it must be coverd or it will evaporate and leave you with a molasses like substance.

just supposed to add water in that case. time frame is a bit annoying. so other than slow, you were pleased eh?
 
Ige, a few yrs ago, I used some in a qt size bought from Autozone to do some small brackets/bolts and the like. Soaked average rust for 12 hrs, and heavy stuff for a full day. It was all amazingly rust free. I'd like to find the larger quanities if I ever need that level of rust removal again.
