From experience I know this can be caused by low brake fluid. When I went to check mine I found the two wires cut. Dont know when and how this happened as I have not had anyone else working on it. I cannot seem to find where these two wires lead. I do have some open plugs near and if it goes to them I will likely need to source a new one. Can anyone post a pic please so I can chase this down......THANKS!!

I figured it out. I found one available from CruiserYard just down the road near Austin and matched up the plug in the pic with the open plug nearby. I am at a total loss on how this disappeared. It's like someone came in and cut it and stole it. Who knows. Anyway, not a cheap NLA part. Was lucky to find one.
