Hey there names Danny and new to the site figured I'd start a build thread to look at the progress on my rig some day. Last year I purchased a 2001 sr5 4runner .. she had 203k on the clock but runs like a champ. Currently in the process of getting maintenence and a few goodies done to her... right now she is bone stock on 265/70r16s
2wd (not to bad )

LIST OF WHAT I HAVE PLANNED TO GET SO FAR:

Suspension
Lc8 wraps rear along with tundra bilstein 5100s
Front will be tundra trd coils pairs with tundra 5100 bilsteins
Will get new oem balljoints
Uniball upper control arms
Replace inner and outer tie rods and endlinks
Rack bushings

Tires
Plan to bump tire size up to a 285/75 r16 give it a beefier more aggressive look.

Engine
Going to do full timing belt service along with all new fluids in diff and trans and adding a trans cooler to it

So far that's all on my list hope to get started soon will have pics up as soon as I have parts come in

They are cool trucks. Simple but very well engineered (except for the POS cupholders, lol).

I actually have the one with the nice cup holders that everyone wants to swap for lol

I have a broken one in the dash and the rear one looks like a riot happened on it. The console lid is missing on mine, so makes a nice snug fit for a big Yeti.
