I don't know if it has been posted before, but I just bought an Electronic Service Manual on eBay for $18 from a seller in Quebec and it is "the bomb".
It seems to be genuine Toyota, for my 08 LC and as far as I can tell it is complete.
I was reluctant to purchase it because it seems to be far more valuable than 20 bucks worth but I can't find anything to indicate that it is not the genuine article.
Just thought I'd mention it in case someone else was considering a similar purchase and had the same reservations that I did.

I got mine on eBay and I think he has one listed at Toyota Land Cruiser 200 2008 Service Manual on eBay.ca (item 320513940006 end time 07-May-10 17:34:39 EDT)

I thought so too. As I mentioned, I have no contact with this seller except as a purchaser of the cd. The cd seems to be a genuine Toyota disc and the data appears to me to be exactly as described.
The screens appear to be layed out the same as the screens I saw on the programmer at the dealership last week.
I was trying to find out how to change some settings on my display and I think I have now so the purchase price is well justified.
I would like to post screen shots or even a disk image but I am semi-illiterate when it comes to posting images and I am a Mac guy so just navigating through the process in XP is a bit of a pain in the butt.

Does that disc have any information relating to the 4.5 liter twin turbo diesel V8 motor, which is sold in countries like Australia?

The one I have is American only. 5.7 only Petrol only

I too recently purchased one but from a different seller (it was a few bucks cheaper). Just for the record, it looks like it's just a DVD copy of a genuine Toyota one. I suspect a legitimate Toyota one runs in the hundreds of dollars. It does work and looks complete.

I'm no ebay expert - I suspect they are not supposed to and ebay probably moderates movie DVDs more than service manuals and such. I'm not a fan of pirated music and movies so I wasn't too pleased that it wasn't a legitimate Toyota disk. Of course, at $20, what should I have expected right? If you do decide to buy one, just be aware that it's certainly not an original Toyota part, just a copy (at least the one I received).
