Go ahead and rebuild them, they are awsome...:bang:

Great being on the trail and the guy ahead is having electric hub problems, I like simple.. Some guys say, hey rebuild them, they work great until that one time on the trail..

Yep, exactly!

I will say, it is nice while driving around on snow. All the side streets had snow and ice, but when I hopped on the freeway it was completely clear. I really liked being able to shift back into 2H and free the hubs as I was getting on the freeway. It's still not worth being stranded on the trail though.

Hey John (@Radd Cruisers), any plans to do another run of these?

Has anyone fitted this spacer to a much later model Cruiser such as a 1999 HZJ73?

hey Kurt, I haven't seen them fitted to the later vehicles yet.
I can give you the dimensions if you want to check fit.

I have something like 12 sets here right now.

I've got a set from Australia on my desk but they too advertise them for only older stuff. If you wouldn't mind sharing the dimensions I'm sure I can help you get them sold. Lots of newer JDM's making their way here with e-hubs in need of love. I've got a gent with a 1994 KZJ78W hunting down a solution.

They will fit a KZJ78 no problem, it's essentially the same vehicle as an LJ78 but with more powerful engine and a swoopy dashboard.

Awesome... I figured it would fit anything that has the 8mm studs. I'll send a couple guys your way for the adapters and I'm hoarding the few I've got here.
