That's called an EGR Modulator.

Available new from Mr. T and cheapie Chi-comm on ebay. Search for the Toyo part #

I looked at the amazon one it says it won’t fit my year

Check autozone. I Bought one for my 1994, denso even has Toyota on it. Much less than dealership.
