Mine's as clean or cleaner than that in most respects and I only paid $2300. It also has no big mechanical problems whatsoever. Did a front axle rebuild because the seals were just starting to leak a bit. That's the only major project so far. $7500 60s are for the impatient unless they are absolutely pristine.
I think some of you are being a bit hard on him. So what if his grammar's not up to scratch.

If I was in the area and looking for a cruiser I wouldnt hesitate to have a looksy.
It may well be everything he says and a bargain to boot.
