Early to late model 3F-E engine swaps

I have a 88 FJ 62 with a trashed 3F-E and found a 91 80 series also with the 3F-E Both have the 4 speed automatic. Would this be a good engine swap or are there changes I need to address for this to plug and play. I worry about wiring / electrical changes.
How about tyranny problems as well ?

some of the plug/sensors are different between 62 and 80 series
oil pan is different but not sure that would need to be changed.
probably a few other things I can't remember right now

transmission will not work with your transfer case
the tail housing is different between 62 and 80 trans
