Wanted Early (1971) FJ40 door side hinges

Looking for 4 pieces, door side only (have body side already) to fit a set of 1971 doors.
Need these for a set of half doors.

okay, here is the rest of my immediate wish list, maybe a little easier (all for 1971):
radiator overflow tank
washer fluid tank, pump, spray nozzels
window knob (large black knob with threaded rod)
vader light
4 blade radiator fan
