Hi

I want to install double din GPS / DVD unit that has a tilting front display.
Got one in the Prado and its brilliant to be able to tilt the display to minimise reflections off the display.

Question is, has anyone fitted one to their 100?
If yes, can you post some pics please?

It looks like I will have to trim away quite a bit of the facia as it covers the edges of the existing unit. Not too keen on doing that hence the question.

I have one. Very very minimal trimming for me. Between 1/32-1/16" at the top only.

I have installed the JVC Aresenal KW-NT810HDT. No trimming at all. Everything works well but the navigation (NAVTEQ) sucks balls.

Pioneer appradio 3 ...random numbers-210.

Has a tilt function and I did not have to trim at all. If you have a smart phone it's great! If not then I would not recommend! :)

I have a Kenwood DDX790. It tilts. No cutting required. Although it is much easier to reinstall the radio trim surround piece if the unit is tilted!
