Was looking online for tires and wanted to spread some good news. Tirerack.com has 315/75r16 Duratracs for 219.00 a piece. The 285/75r16 are 216.00 a tire.

Yep, tire rack charges a lot for shipping. Also, currently Duratrac's still qualify for the $20 rebate.

Yup, shipping kills the deal at tirerack. I've been shopping around and so far this is the best deal, Shopping Cart - Discount Tire Direct
I stopped by my local Discount Tire to price match and was told the tires are on National backorder and would have to pay an extra $100 to have 'em ship from Goodyear.

I got mine on a few weeks ago no waiting but a buddy of mine knew a store manager, you know friend of a friend kind of thing. So I got 5 installed and life time warranty for a full new free replacement on the buddy price. I love these tires.

Sigh... no 33x1050r15.

And yes, tirerack (more so than most) does charge a tad high on shipping. At least the last time I thought it out. I took their price sheet to a local store here who honored the price (for a different tire) the last time I got bought tires.
