When the DS seat is adjusted full up, it feels and sounds like it has come off the track on the left side. The right side goes all the way up, but the left side fails to go as high as the right side and makes a ratching sound, like a cogged wheel is slipping or disengaged.
I don't fully know the electro-mechanical workings of the seat (ignorance is bliss, but beware of blizzards) so, has anyone else experienced this problem or know its cause?
