The cushion under the leather seat is usually in pretty good shape. You can always go to your local hobby store and get a small block of foam to reinforce the spot where one pivots to get out.

I think for the price of replacement parts, I may take it to an upholstery shop and provide them replacement cushion just for comfort's sake and my rig has 175k miles!Oh dang, I’m a bit slow I guess.
