Drivers heated seats not working

I've searched but haven't come up with an answer or diagnosis.. the passenger side works fine but nothing on the drivers but the light does come on. Fuse is good. Anyone have any ideas? Also it's a 2000

Checked that it's plugged in under the seat?

Take the switch out and clean the contacts?

I will be placing a lengthy write up on how I took my seats apart and repaired last year what seems to be a common problem with Toyota seat heaters. Can't explain it in a few words but it does have something to do with a weak spot between seat cushion and seat back.
A friend of mine just let me know that his Land Cruiser driver seat heater just stopped working and everything seems to be intact, so maybe we will make a repair video as soon it stops snowing here in Chicagoland...
