Hello I have been on and asked a few questions here and there trying to get an idea of what I wanted. I have been debating between an 80 and a Hundy for a while now but the :princess: looked at two side by side and the 80 was out so I pulled the trigger yesterday and now I have a '99 with 112k and the back seats had never been sat in. The drivers seat however has a few issues and the big one is the headrest will not stay up I have searched for this and nothing.

If I am searching for the wrong thing sorry but all I can find is how to get a monitor for a DVD player in the headrests. The headrest doesn't need a monitor but I would like it to stay where I put it. I pull it up and put it where I want it and it slowly goes down. I can see the thing that holds it up is broken but I haven't got a clue as to how to remove it so a little help would be great.

Do you mean the height adjustment keeper is $15? On my passenger seat, the tiny pin that keeps the push in button that releases the headrest popped out, and I lost the two springs that go inside. Has anyone replaced this part OR know where I can source some very small springs? I tried to steal some springs from some clicking pens, but the diameter was too big to fit the component.

Once I get it fixed, I may put a dot of super glue on the pin, I noticed the driver side pin trying to pop out as well.

ADD: I think I found the part number, 71931-28050-color code, about $15. I'll probably make an attempt to source some tiny springs before buying this, if not ill replace the headrest support component.
