Driver seat/slow motor!

going backward/forward is slow (not even steady) and i dont want it to get worst

what should i be looking at?

any advice is appreciated

It probably needs a new motor. I think they come with the seat base assembly. Does the switch work every time or can you at least hear the motor try to start? You could try taking it all apart and cleaning it, but I wouldn't get your hopes up. OEM part is probably not cheap (for my wallet). I'd try to find a used one it it were me.

i was thinking of opening the motor up and see if dirts clogged in there.

Could just be crap clogged on the tracks and gears. Unbolt the seat, tip it back, and check things out.
