I removed my top a few months ago and am getting around to painting the top of the window frame.

I noticed there are 6 of these small holes drilled into the metal. I think the previous owner did something funky but am not certain.

Can anyone tell me if they have these holes? If not, I am probably going to patch them up. Figured I would double check.

NOTE: the hole on the right is tapped so I know thats supposed to be there.

What year is the windshield? The years that the vent was in the cowl there would be seven fixed nuts across the top of the windshield. At least in the US market there were. Not 100% sure about the 66 model but the rest did.

Should I close em up if I am going to a FST in a few months? I'm never doing a bikini top.

it's a 67. I just counted 7 fixed nuts at the top.
