this may be a ridiculous question, so have fun if that’s the case, but-
Can I go to someplace like Picknpull and grab the skid plates off another ‘04 Sequoia and slap them on with the ones I already have?
I’m assuming there might be gaps between them so maybe some silicone caulk in there to prevent rattles?
Like a silicone skid plate sand which.
Thoughts?

First, welcome to Mud :flipoff2:

If the goal was to increase floor protection against light mine strikes and the like, and we were in the 3rd world and had nothing else going on at the moment....and some spare skids and silicone laying around, I'd say go for it! Hell pull the seats and cover the whole floor with them.

A buddy of mine chained some concrete parking barriers under his 60 Series in Beirut to achieve the same results...pretty funny story.

However if you're exerting enough force on the OE skid that you need twice the thickness you'll be breaking stuff in short order.

An aftermarket skid should have a requisite increase in mounting points to keep things attached and spread impact/force over more area.

IMHO...
