Last update from my end...

I FINALLY put the jerry can/cooler rack to bed today. I went round and round wanting to make it stout, low and able to hold a 48-52qt cooler or 4 NATO cans. I managed to have it come out how I planned, don't know how that happened but it did...

Now, I just hope Brian has the time to get it in his hands, throw a coat of paint on it and show it off @ Charlotte show...

Digging it Jerry. Having seen the near complete version of this in person, the pics don't do it justice. It's sweeeeet!

Jerry, it looks great. I saw this in pieces last time I was in town and love the finished product. I look forward to seeing it painted and installed with cooler in tow...

Edit: Is this going to be a weld-on or removable attachment?

Thanks Greg. The original idea was to have it removable. Brian will have to drill two hole through the bracket and the swinger, throw a bolt through it and it will be easy to drop on/pull off.

I put it on @ the car show and it fit well. Brian's cooler dropped right in and he is good to go...

I'll post up some pictures today tomorrow, but it works great!
I have to thank Jerry for taking his valuble time in creating something for me, when he could be working on his 80 or 45!

Its my pleasure, just wish I had more time to create more stuff. Hmmm, work on messy/greasy axles or create something by bending/burning metal, easy decision.

I'm just glad you are happy in the end, I gained more experience making something "outside the box" and kept up my end of the deal at the HAMOM I hosted. Just sorry it took so long to get it done. Clearly why people like Stan and Darin who can turn stuff like this around in a few days are valuable resources...
