Finally got round to doing this mod, they all work individually on mine, I thought they would work in pairs originally.

Sorry I didn't reply to anyone,I went on holidays and when I came back this thread was gone so I did'nt know there were any Q's.Bit late now but I still haven't got the front doors working but the back works fine.I do like having the back lights especially for people entering the vehicle for the first time.I just went to toyota and looked at their diagram and picked which parts were needed.

I have the same issue, the rear lights work but not the front. I simply fitted some LEDs behind the red lens and they work fine (in the rear doors). I just thought mine had a wire cut or disconnected by the previous owner, seems it is common. It is asimple fix to wire each door separately, just another thing to do some time
