That is all.

This little guy is the best!

I pulled something like that out of my belly button this morning.

I am talking the wife into a Saint (or at least I believe I am). She is not crazy about slobber or hair.............. Not sure why she married me.

Saints are cool. As much as I advocate rescuing a dog, Saints can have a tendancy to assert cominance by biting at people about their size, i.e. kids. We had to put a Humane Society rescue down because he bit a few times.

Assuming your talking about Saint Bernards and not Saint Huberts Hound. :D

Wolves beat dogs. :flipoff2:

I had a 1/2 Makenzie Valley timber wolf and 1/2 Malimute. Got him from the pound, A navy dude bought him from a breeded in NC and could not handle him so I gave him home. Needed some understanding and direction that was it.

Never barked, never found a flea on him, the neighborhood kids loved him and salespeople hated him :D . Beautiful animal. He was a great friend. Lived with me for 12 years.

Have any pictures you can share?

We don't know, of course, but we often wonder if our dog is a wolf/malamute mix. He does bark, however, at dogs, and he howls at coyotes (and with us). But, best of all, his farts don't stink.

Do you think it is coincidence we look to dogs and God for comfort and both are spelled with the same letters?

Here is my German Shepherd, but she played the part of a wolf this Halloween. She's a shelter rescue.

And this is my Lab/mutt cross. He was a stray crossing my parking lot at work, and when he came when I called him and got in my car when I told him to, he became my dog.

A couple of our newest family member- "Sunny"
These are from October when she was only 3 months old and already 4 wheeling, hiking and camping for 4 days straight. Great dog so far and she's got a long life ahead of her~

We got her to replace my yellow lab boy "Dakota". He was the best and I had to put him down so my wife brought home Sunny the same day to make me feel better. It's slowly helped.

Yes, Saint Bernard. Had one when I was a child and I love them. Great with kids, don't need a huge house (even for such a large dog) and very protective. Wonderful animals! Just gotta convince the wife that they don’t slobber or shed.......................

While I would love to rescue a Saint, having children, I am shying away from rescued Saints.

I would like to get a couple old english mastiffs but since i live in a small apartment im stuck with a mini chihuahua and a minpin/chihuahua mix.

R.I.P. the worlds ugliest dog died at 14 years old.

I know this sounds a little macabre, (and I wouldn't do it personally)...BUT, if that woman had the dog "stuffed" in the pose above, and then put him on E-Bay I bet the price he'd "fetch" would be incredible. The dog is such a celebrity on the Internet.

But do taxidermists stock glass eyes that are clouded over? ;)

dogs do rule but lately my dog has been a huge PITA. the literal son of a bitch learned that he can jump over our 6 foot fences and take day escapades in the neigborhood. i extended the fence 2 feet with chicken wire all around the yard (classy, i know), but the little effer keeps finding a way out. he is a great hunting dog and comes from a great line so i kind of don't want to neuter him, but on the other hand, he is pissing me off on a daily basis now. the wierd thing is that he has been kind of therapeutic for me in that after a long day at work i come home to him. he's non-judgemental and always happy to see me. now that he is pissing me off every day i'm very edgy. maybe he just needs a bitch too.

Dagwood is my mostly Chow Chow.
Jack's heritage is fairly vague.

Great dogs, both of them.
