Morning everyone blah blah the snow and final week upon us.. randon comment of horse s***….

I am Victor Diandrea. I am here to talk to you all about the proposed wilderness area here in dona anna county. I would like to let you guys know what a wilderness area is why some of these areas are being set aside, what it means to you and the general public where these areas are located and what planners believe it will do for the local economy.
First of all a wilderness area is land set aside that cannot be developed for any reason at all be it watering for livestock or wild life. No vehicle traffic except for ranchers, and around here the border patrol. For a lot of you this means nothing. For some it means it is harder to ranch these lands, other less access to hunting, and for others a lack of recreation. In Sept of this year senator Udall and senator Bingman introduced the Organ mountains and desert peaks wilderness act..
for starters....

see what happens when you call people fat

I say quote a whole bunch of Aldo Leopold, Edward Abbey and Teddy Roosevelt. Maybe throw in a little John Muir for good measure. Should be a well rounded paper/speech.

These areas are set aside for two main reasons and many other non issues. One of the important reasons is to protect sensitive habitats for endangered wild life be it plants or animals there are more endangered plant than animal species in the chiawia. desert than there are endangered animal species. The other reason is to protect sensitive archeological artifacts. One of the wilderness areas in question is the track ways in the reboldo mountains. Twenty-two years ago, Trackways discoverer Jerry MacDonald, referring to the footprints of the Dimetrodon, a prehistoric animal pre-dating the dinosaurs, described them as “…footprints, there are many foot prints in this ancient sea bed. Wilderness areas are set aside to preserve wild natural ares and all that they may contain artifacts minerals and wild life.

2nd objective met.....

sorry but livestock is allowed in wilderness area do a lillt looking around the Gila wilderness allows grazing... It is a compromise. that is being made every day.. I have 2 local hippie publishing papers in fornt of me I am taking classes in wildlife biology in hte sane place and they graze livestock in protected areas. it is a comprimise to keep these area from developers building strip malls and track housing to fuel the american dream..

i can find articles all day long to find places that grazing is allowed regardless of the impact on wild life or to the grazing of domestic {food animaLS are allowed to graza and prosper to inflict such of an irreasverable amount of damage.. ...

i just reread that and need to find glasses to repaair t hat asasaulat on the language :bounce::bounce::bounce::bounce:

I bet this speech went well.
