Does '03 LX 470 Stereo has issues? Please help

Looking into 2003+ LX 470 and was wondering if it has the same issues as Nakamichi system did in 199-2000 and if yes, what's the solution?

When did they change the stereos and what years are the trouble free ones?

I have no issues to report on my 03 LX470.

2004 259,000 miles with Mark Levinson: other than replacing all the disintegrated speakers with Polks, everything is peachy. And of course, the CD changer in arm-rest console doesn't work.
