Dobinson MRR was installed about 5 months ago on my 2013 Land Cruiser. There was no noise coming from the front end until recently. Now the front is creaking and popping sound from the front end. All bolts were retightened and it is still making all the noise mentioned. The creaking noise happens during stop and on slow acceleration. The popping noise happens on bumps and after turning and straightening the steering wheel. What is causing this?

Creaking and popping sounds like lower control arm bolts to me. The torque spec is something crazy like 207 ft lbs. make sure they’re animal tight!

Yep, LCAs need a ton of torque and will feel tight with a wrench, even when they're loose enough to make noise. Bust out the mega-torque wrench (or borrow one if you don't own one). Doubles as a handy melee weapon :hillbilly:
