Do these wheels fit the 100?

Hi All,

I found these 20" Tundra wheels. Anyone know if they require a spacer to fit on the front? I know the center caps will be an issue.

Thanks.

I can't remember his name, but someone did a write up about fitting them on his 100. Don't remember about the use of spacers though.

The opening for the hub looks smaller than the 100 wheels, similar to the rock warrior wheels. The smaller hub on the tundra allows for this. On the 100 you'll most likely need to space it or machine the center bore out.

Has anyone gotten these to fit?
As noted above, they are definitely not bolt-on since the center bore is too small.

Were you able to do it without spacers?

I am going to take them to a machinist later this week to see what we can do....

Did you actually try one yet?

Yeah, the center bore is too small to fit over the hub and the acorn nuts from the drive flange also hit the inside of the center bore on the wheel.

I will post a pic of the center bore when I get home...

How much do you need to bore out?

Sure you guys want to run 20's? That won't leave you much sidewall on the trails, might be good for street only use though.

Just for winter tires on the roads.

18's with Duratracs for the trails.

Here is a pic of the center bore - see how it is stepped in toward the cap.

I still need to make the measurements but it looks like about an 1/8 in diameter and about 3/4 in deep needs to be shaved to make room for the acorn nus on the drive flange.

That looks like a fairly easy and safe cut for a guy who's good with a boring head on a mill. Good luck!

No Luck - since the face of the wheel protrudes, can't find anyone in town who can machine them since the wheels wont sit flat on the machining table.
Back on craigslist they go...

My 2000 100 came to me with those Tundra 20's installed, they were using a 1" wheel spacer on the front to eliminate the hub bore issue. Kept the spacer but ditched the 20's in favor of the factory 16's

Since I wont run spacers on a DD, they are going up for sale.
