Do my sliders have enough clearance?

I finally got around to painting my sliders and mounting them up this weekend. I looked at pictures of other rigs and think I got the spacing right between the body and sliders, but I wanted to be sure I'm safe. I don't want them flexing up and hitting the body!

How does the spacing/clearance look? Please ignore how dirty she is I'm about to do a full detail!

ya that looks normal. even if they do flex up a bit, it'll hit the pinch weld which is very strong. You should be good to go.

You will feel a strange clunk in the winter from snow and ice buildup between the body and sliders. Just expect that. Until then, go scratch those things up.

Jack on them and find out!

Are they bolt on? If so, you probably are very tight between the body pan and the slider flange. If my sliders have been pushed up the body mounts have enough flex to allow contact.
