Did it in less than 3 hours. Prepped per Slee's guide ahead of time & had appropriate tools.

Use some type of penetrating lubricant a week in advance as he suggests.
Use a breaker bar to loosen all bolts before impact wrench.
A chain wrench helped me out, held the shock body with it while buddy used impact on the top nut.
 
it is not hard, the easiest part is simply swapping out the shocks and springs, you will need new bushings to correct the caster, the landtank bushing template makes this a super easy process.....

Just note that bushes wont correct caster for a 4" lift or higher.

If only it was that easy to do the 4" lift :(

I did mines in 2.5 hrs by myself with jack and 4 stands. My Snapon 1/2" cordless impact helped with wrenching duties.
