It's not really the height thats the issue with fitment it's the width. If you go larger get some tall skinnies! You'll also want to consider a regear.
 
I think they have a standard 30 day return policy. Go talk to them, buy a spare tire. They might let you return them.
 
I have returned tires to discount tire. I wasn't happy with the ride (Lexus GS400). They took them back and exchanged them for another tire. On my son's car, the seller put the cheapest possible tires on the car. Rode horribly. Discount tires gave us full credit on those towards another set. Had to stand my ground both times but they did honor their guarantee. Here in central tx they still run the TV ad that says "if you're not happy, bring them back. Find a good reason and stand your ground. Good luck.

Yes, I just meant that there's a lot of empty space, and a little bit of plastic shaping doesnt scare me. However, I hadn't considered re-gearing... thanks!
