Great news. Got the cable and a sw. Within 5 min of plugging the cable in I was able to disable tilt-away and couple more options. A lot of customization options I still need to research.

Can you point to the device you're using to connect the software, etc? ? I seem to have missed it somehow... Whats the cable/device combo?

I bought it through eBay. Search for item 321685467946. It cost more, but pick the 64 bit version as most people have 64bit OS on computers now. You can use that on 32 bit computers too. There are cheaper options out there, but didn't see anyone else with 64 bit version and the seller was very knowledgable when I have e-mailed them. Instructions were very clear too. For faster delivery the seller has other auctions if you want it shipped to you from a US location, but you will need to pay more.
Awesome! I'm waiting to hear what else can be customized before I pull the trigger though.

I miss the extra touches Lexus does like customizing things for you at the delivery. On the first look your pdf may include majority of customizable options. Will go through it tonight.
Most of those are available on LC's too... Just gotta open the manual a bit.
Not sure I'd even want the dealer fiddling because I have a feeling they see so few LCs. Also, they have a MUCH larger array of vehicles for sale at Toyota. Lexus sells a comparative few models. Tough to be familiar with a model the dealer might only sell 5 or 10 times a year or fewer.

This is exactly why I disabled mine. Get techstream, load it on an old laptop, done.
Note: In the past, the unlocked version only seemed to work on Windows10, but now some people are saying it works on W11 too. So picking up an old laptop and loading the software on is a good idea. You can also use a VM, but they can be finicky with connections. I leave the VX and my wife's old laptop in my LX just in case I need to change anything.
