Where do you live? I've never noticed this and have regurlarly been over 90mph.

My car is us specs and I am in israel.

Not sure. I've hit 114 mph racing to the hospital for an emergency and it never so much as hiccuped.

I have the same message on LC300, I wish I can disable it. I even bought the CARISTA dongle and app trying to do so but no joy.

Have you tried techstream to see if you can get rid of it?

I don’t have tech stream and have no clue how to use it. Would appreciate if you can provide some guidance.

I would hope is not that difficult to use, I’ve done bmw coding before.

Here is the thread on techstream. I'm planning to try version 18 next week to see if i can get rid of the seatbelt chimes for my back seat. Not sure if it will work yet though.

Interesting, that's usually a thing with GCC Spec cars requiring a 120 km/h speed warning alert. Didn't know other markets had them.

I went to the dealer and confirmed they cannot remove it but if there is a will there is a way. There must be a way

Anyone found a way to remove it? How about replacing gauge cluster with one from another region? This message is making me crazy.

Maybe it will help someone. After spending some time on this topic, I found that the only option is to remove the dash cluster. If you want to do it at a reasonable price, then one from AliExpress is the way to go. Here is the video showing the process: I personally prefer the old-school dash, so doing this is a painful compromise.

Don’t car much for the digital dash but I love that sound from the V8 diesel! They are slow as heck compared to the 5.7 gasser but sound great.
