Digitizer/Touchscreen Replacement Problem (1 Viewer)

The MFD's screen on my 2010 VDJ200 was looking dull so I ordered a new touchscreen/digitizer from ebay and replaced it. The old touchscreen was working fine, just dull.
I used this screen LTA080B922F made by Toshiba.
The new screen is bright but the touchscreen accuracy is completely off. Can't get climate control to work or switch to BT. Stuck watching my daughter's Cinderella DVD.

I barely managed to get to the system check mode screen and got the following:

As you can see on the vid below the touchscreen check is all over the place: Touchscreen Check VDJ200

Any ideas as to how to calibrate?

Nice work replacing the screen.

I've don't have first hand experience calibrating but as this is a Toyota vehicle, it may be similar to other models. Found these references that might have some applicable hints
