My 32" 17yrold open box Toshiba CRT tv got to the point of beating it with the steel toe of my boot no longer worked very well
to keep the pix so I went out and got a new set .
I have a tuner but its older and uses RCA inputs and my new set has only the optical output for audio .
Do they make such a beast (looks like it from my poor GoogleFu) and do they work good?
Whats good out there brand wise but inexpensive as Ive been out of the loop on this stuff since I moved to the line dept from svc too many moons ago .
I hooked up my tuner up through the rca jacks off the HD box but theres a lag between what comes out of the tuner and the TV thats hooked with a HDMI cable .
I used to use the set speakers as my center channel with my tuners dolby system
